About Chef Orlando Castro
Orlando was passionate about cuisine at an early age in Costa Rica. He worked in the culinary industry in Costa Rica, Washington D.C., and Minnesota along with traveling to different countries exploring local foods and flavors. He has been providing a world tour through his food since 2013 as The Global Chef.
